Generator set start
Turn on the power button on the right control panel to turn on the power;
1. Manual start; press the manual key (palmprint) once, then press the green confirmation key (start) to start the engine, after idling for 20 seconds, the high speed will be automatically adjusted, wait for the engine to run, after normal operation, turn on the power and gradually increase the load, Avoid sudden loads.
2. Automatic start; press the (automatic) automatic key; automatically start the engine, etc., no manual operation is required, and it can be powered on automatically. (If the mains voltage is normal, the generator cannot start)
3. If the unit is working normally (frequency: 50Hz, voltage: 380-410v, engine speed: 1500), close the switch between the generator and the negative switch, then gradually increase the load and send electricity to the outside. Do not overload suddenly.
4. When there is an abnormal indication during the operation of the 50kw generator set, the control system will automatically alarm and stop (the LCD screen will display the content of the shutdown fault after the shutdown)
Generator operation
1. After the empty planting is stable, gradually increase the load to avoid sudden load planting;
2. Pay attention to the following matters during operation: pay attention to the changes of water temperature, frequency, voltage and oil pressure at any time. If abnormal, stop the machine to check the storage of fuel, oil and coolant. At the same time, check whether the diesel engine has abnormal phenomena such as oil leakage, water leakage, and air leakage, and observe whether the exhaust smoke color of the diesel engine is abnormal (normal smoke color is light cyan, if it is dark blue, it is dark black), and it should be stopped for inspection. Water, oil, metal or other foreign objects must not enter the motor. The three-phase voltage of the motor should be balanced;
3. If there is abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped in time to check and solve;
4. There should be detailed records in the operation process, including environmental state parameters, oil engine operating parameters, start-up time, downtime, downtime reasons, failure reasons, etc.;
During the operation of the 5.50kw generator set, it is necessary to maintain sufficient fuel, and the fuel cannot be cut off during operation to avoid the difficulty of secondary starting.
